We are moving servers. Ok, that itself isnt much of an announcement but weve been working hard and finally got together a database with a forum system on it. This means that although youll be completely capable of sending private messages to each other, youll now be able to discuss issues and topics with everybody (much like those other h-dating sites that you have to pay for !). For now, youll need to follow the link below, but please read the following before you click !
1) Its a new server youll have to re-register (it only takes a few clicks and you dont need to receive an email to confirm your registration we know a lot of people had trouble with that). You can now place personal ads (you can either cut and paste yours from the edit add area - or isn't it about time you update it, eh ?) in the Personals category.
2) You can use a proper account name it can be your real name, a funny name but obviously something not rude or offensive.
3) It hasnt got the word hdate all over it yet but were working on modifying it to keep the same colours / words etc. We wanted to get it working first.
4) Its free (obviously)
5) Have fun with it. You cant break anything by clicking on the buttons or links have fun and write something in the test forum to say that youve visited !
6) If you want to contribute (with your time), then please drop a private message to admin or hdate we are always in the need for moderators (i.e. people who dont mind ensuring that the board stays reputable).
We are now able to accept pictures uploaded via the "Edit My Ad" button. Please

Donations Update
Thanks for all your donations so far. We've raised enough to keep the site definitely going now, although we are including any sums that we haven't yet received. We know that several of you haven't had too much success with paypal, so please if you are thinking of donating, contact us through the comments box or via hdate_uk@yahoo.com and we'll send you an address and payee details if you want to send a cheque.
Help Wanted
We are always looking for ways to improve the site and we would be most grateful for any time that you could give us. Whether it be just writing about any technical problems you've had and how you fixed them or more general articles. Also, if you do any work in technology with HTML or XML or Perl we'd appreciate a hand there as well !
